What are your hours and availability?
I see clients Tuesday through Thursday, from 10 AM to 7 PM. I work with adults, both individuals and couples.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept cash, checks, Venmo, and Zelle.
What can I expect in the first session?
We’ll discuss your concerns, goals, and begin developing a plan to address your specific needs. I provide practical tools and handouts to help support your progress between sessions.
What insurance do you accept?
I am an in-network provider for:
- United Healthcare
- Aetna
For clients not using insurance, my fee is $150 per session, with a sliding scale available to $125.
Do you offer in-person and virtual sessions?
Yes, I provide both in-office appointments and secure telehealth sessions for your convenience.
